Fig trees require full sun.
Fig trees can perform well in a variety of soils.
Drought tolerant once established.
They can be pruned to stay small, espaliered onto a fence or hot wall, or allowed to sprawl.
All of our figs are self-fertile.
Depending upon the variety, most fig trees will mature to 10-12 feet or 15-20 feet, although there are dwarf options that will remain smaller.

Fig trees are easy to grow, and their beautiful foliage and form add a tropical look to the garden.
You can expect an abundance of green, bronze, and mahogany colored fruit during the hot summer months. Ripened fruit will have juicy, amber or white flesh that’s soft to the touch. Once established, be prepared for bountiful harvests!
